Our WikiVision team has been working with Project Vision Hawaii, traveling to homeless and low-income communities so that we can screen for potential cataract patients. We have been going almost every week this summer, and have found 34 potential patients! The patients that do not need surgery still get to benefit from a free eye exam, and free reading glasses when necessary. It has been a wonderful experience for us all, and we have been enjoying being able to help those in need! You can find pictures from our screening days below.
